Library Bookings
Welcome to Library Bookings. To make a booking, sign in with your Imperial username and password (do not include ic.ac.uk or imperial.ac.uk).
We have a variety of rooms, spaces and PCs for booking by students and staff for work-related activities:
- Rooms at the Abdus Salam Library and campus libraries
- Priority desks and pods (available at some libraries)
- Bloomberg PCs
- GoPresent

Abdus Salam Library Study rooms C and D swapped
As part of our project to streamline room bookings we have swapped study rooms C and D at the Abdus Salam Library. Your existing bookings in these rooms will remain. Please contact library staff if you have any queries.

If you are having trouble signing in check that you are entering the correct username and password.
Enter the first part of your username only, without ic.ac.uk or imperial.ac.uk.

Policies
Abdus Salam Library study rooms
Students may book two sessions in any seven days (maximum booking of two hours allowed per day). Bookings cannot be made more than six days in advance. Please arrive on time - after 15 minutes Library Services may reassign the slot to another user.
Library study rooms are not available for staff bookings.
Non-members of Imperial will not be permitted to enter the library to join a group of students who have booked a room without prior permission from Library Services.
Abdus Salam Library Training rooms
Training rooms 1 and 2 can only be booked by library staff. All Imperial staff may book training room 3. Students may use these rooms for quiet study when not in use for training.
Business Zone PCs
Users booking PCs in the Business Zone must be using Bloomberg.

Students only may book two sessions in any seven days.
